This house (726-25-01) in Guanacaste, valued at ¢71 million colones is being offered by the bank at ¢30 million, with up to 100% financing and no closing costs.

QCOSTARICA – The Banco Popular y de Desarrollo Comunal (Banco Popular) is offering for sale across the country selected properties with discounts of up to 60% and attractive financing.

The stock of properties held by the bank include residential homes and vacant lots, with financing up 100% of the value and terms up to 360 months.

The properties with the highest discount are vacant lots, like 795-03-01 in the province of Guanacaste, reduced to ¢22 million colones from the asking price of ¢57 million. Another example is the residential home in Residencial Bosques de San Pedro, Santa Cruz, Guanacaste offered at a 15% discount.

The bank is also offering financing up to 100%, with up to 30 year terms and no closing costs.
