QCOSTARICA – More and more drivers are installing cameras to the front of their vehicles to give witness to the atrocities of other drivers on the country’s roads.

Pedro Apuy is one those drivers who denounced the recklessness of a bus drivers who, captured on video, ignores the red light at the La Sabana intersection, with a complete lack of respect for pedestrians and cross traffic.

This is not the first video Apuy has of reckless bus drivers, last January denouncing a Transnica bus driver who continually crossed the median on a two lane road, ignoring the double line and signs, on the ruta 27 (the San Jose – Caldera). See the video below.

According to Apuy’s post on his Facebook page, in the La Sabana incident he clearly identifies the license plate of the bus, AB 6296, bus number 07 of the SWA transport company that provides regular service between San Jose and Alajuela.

“…I will not post anything else because I suppose the driver has a valid excuse,” said Apuy.

The bus company has no comment on the situation.
