The women who attended the cycle of 15 courses starting in 2012 learned about legal procedures, self-esteem management, brand design and other essential issues to run a company successfully.
That first step of the training, which concluded with the design of a business plan, taught them about the exploration of market opportunities, business organization, credits and other procedures.
The project was implemented with capital from the Special Fund for Funding Micro, Small and Medium-sized companies in Costa Rica, the Popular Bank noted.
