ONLY IN THE COSTA RICA –In this could only happen in Costa Rica department, we share with this photo of the recenlty installed traffic light near the Ojo de Agua, in Belén.
Look closely and you will notice that the traffic light is only for flow through of the main road, somehow engineers forgot the signal for cross traffic.
