The anime conference is where it all takes place. This is where your Otaku can really be themselves.

This past weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, organizers say some 7.000 fans participated in the “Kuri Convención Cosplay Animé 2013”, held at the Antigua Aduana (Old Customs House) in San José.

Many dressed up in their favourite “anime” characater, while many others took pictures, enjoyed the music, video games, karaoke and sushi.

The event was sponosred by Cosplaypartycr.com.

Located in Japotopía, San José, Costa Rica (a made up place) and Facebook, the page is for fans of Japanese culture in our country.
