A black cloud hung over the boulevar (pedestrian walkway) of Avenida 4 on Saturday, when passerby were amazed to see thousands of bees swarming store windows.
The bees had made their hive in one of the plants that adorn the boulevar and for some unknown reason were disturbed and left the hive.
The situation caused many to change their pace and path, avoiding the bees, until firefighters were arrived and using special equipment and skills, were able to remove the plant and hive.
