Terminal Ciudad de Las Flores presented to the National Environmental Technical Secretariat the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called “Terminal Ciudad de Las Flores.”

The project consists of the construction of a bus terminal for the city of Heredia, with its bus parking hangars, a supermarket and three-level parking.

The document explains that the project will have a net footprint area of 6,170 m2 (66,400 sq ft) and a construction area of 7,164 m2 (77,100 sq ft). According to the study, about US$5.5 million will be invested in this project.
