Costa Rica’s immigration service, the Dirección General de Migración y Extranjería Costa Rica (DGME), announced that the central offices located in La Uruca, will close at 1:00 pm all week (July 15 to 19) to train employees in “the improvement of attention and advice to users’.
However, consultations and appointments can be made through the call center, calling 1311, from 7 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.
