COSTA RICA EXTRA – Once again, Latinas are the favoured to win the Miss Universe beauty pageant that will take place on December 20 in Las Vegas.
As is common in the competition, Miss Venezuela, Miss Colombia and Miss Puerto Rico are highlighted in the international media. International experts in beauty and fashion say the crown of the “most beautiful woman in the world” will be with a Latina.
It was also in Latin America that objected to the racist statements of the franchise’s former owner, Donald Trump, especially against Mexicans.
Brenda Castro will be representing Costa Rica.
In the past week, the “national costume” that will be worn by Miss Universe Costa Rica was criticized in the social media.
