It all starts just before 4:00 pm, every day, on the Ruta 27 east bound, just pastnthe tolls, as the 14 lanes of traffic come back to three and then two.
The photo was taken from my view on the bus, the only way to get “stress-free” to downtown San Jose at that hour.
