Government Appoints Two Academics As Ambassadors in Panama and Italy
QCOSTARICA - Cristina Eguizábal and Juana MarÃa Guzmán, both academics in political science, will be as of October 1 take the reins of Costa Rica's embassies in Italy and Panama, respectively.
The announcement was made Wednesday by the Minister of Communications, Mauricio Herrera.
