AyA’s (water and sewer utility) workers busy locating water mains under the pavement on the streets of downtown San Jose.
This crew is working on Avenida 2, at the southeast corner of the Teatro Nacional.
On this day, the AyA crew was able to work without traffic concerns, given the closure of Avenida 2 due to a protest march in front of the Caja building.
