QCOSTARICA — Freddy Morera, who continues as vice minister of the Presidency (Chief of Staff) until Sunday, June 30, will be heading out the same door as her former boss, Natalia Diaz, who last Monday left her post as Ministra de la Presidencia.
The departure, according to Morera, is for personal reasons.
Morera had come to the office together with Natalia Díaz in May 2022.
The Minister de la Presidencia, Laura Fernandez, accepted the resignation and thanked Morera for his service to the country and wished him the greatest success in his future projects.
The position of vice minister of the Presidency for relations with the Legislative Assembly will be immediately assumed by political scientist Alejandro Barrantes Requeno.
