QNOTICIAS — Democracy has proven to be the system par excellence but it must be constantly improved, since no system will ever be perfect. In search of this improvement, today the Chaves Robles Administration wants to eliminate the rules of the game to benefit whoever literally wants.
The reform proposed by referendum is very clear, the best criterion for the benefit of Costa Ricans will NOT be sought, nor the best price, nor the best delivery time. Simply by allowing random purchases and rentals, without public bidding or transparency, the personal benefit of the ruler in power will prevail and not that of the country.
