Presidenta Laura Chinchilla described the intended two month vacation by the country’s legislators as “vaganbunderia” (vagrancy).
Doña Laura made the comment following a government cabinet meeting Tuesday.
Some legislators dismissed the Presidenta’s comments saying that no agreement (on the leave) has yet been accorded.
