They’re Here. Iron Maiden, That Is!

QCOSTARICA – At 1:33pm Monday, “Ed Force One”, the Boeing 747-400 carrying the British heavy metal band landed at the Juan Santamaria (San Jose) international airport.

The aircraft, with the call letters ABD666, valued at US$268 million dollars, piloted by Bruce Dickinson and Iron Maiden singer, landed without a hitch, coming in from the east.

More than 50 fans, waiting the band’s arrival, screamed in emotion as the airplane flew over them before touching down.

Iron Maiden will be in concert at the Saprissa Stadium Tuesday night at 8:00pm. Stadium doors open at 6:00pm and according to eticket.cr, there are still seats for the event.
