QCOSTARICA – Touching a minor’s breasts landed a Pococí, Limon man a 30 month conviction.
The Pococí flagrancy court found man a 30 year-old man, Isaías García Guzmán, a Nicaraguan national, guilty of touching the breasts of a 14-year-old last Sunday in downtown Guapiles.
Three witnesses observed the fact and held the man until police arrived.
But, Garcia will not be spending time in a Costa Rica jail, being undocumented he was handed over to immigration officials to deport him.
