QCOSTARICA – A German and an American disappeared Sunday afternoon in Quepos, Puntarenas reports the Cruz Rojas (Red Cross).
The 18 year-old German, a firefighter, disappeared around 1:00pm when he took a dive into the Savegre River, in the area of Portalon, Quepos.
The American, a 20 year-old identified by his last name, Green, was swept away by a tide while bathing in Playa Linda, in Matapalo, Queposs, at about 5:30om.
The Cruz Roja is working with the Coast Guard and Fuerza Publica (police) in the search for the two foreigners visiting the country.
