Q TECH – Mobile operator, Movistar Costa Rican (Telefonica) has launched a series of exclusive free data offers on selected music and video apps for prepay and postpay customers, reports El Financiero.
In the case of postpaid customers, when purchasing or renewing their plan, they will receive from 250 MB and up to 1 GB of free Internet for navigation, the amount of data they will receive varies according to the contracted plan.
Prepay users get an extra 250MB and a week of free messaging when they top up at least ¢2,000 colones.
Among the apps that can be used at no additional cost are video clips from apps like Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO Go, Fox Play, ESPN Play, NBA App, and Movistar Play. Music apps include: Napster, SoundCloud, Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music and Google Play Music.
In addition, customers who make the payment of their invoice before the due date will receive an additional 500 MB of a download, provided they activate this benefit through the Mi Movistar app.
The promotion is available to June 30, 2017.
