Otto Guevara – Sólo le pido un minuto

Movimiento Libertario presidential candidate, Otto Guevara, in his new video asks of Costa Ricans only “one minute” to  listen to his message before voting.

In the 1:02 message, Guevara recaps the failures and promises of the current and past governments, hitting particularly hard on the Partido Liberacion Nacional (PLN)

To those who say, “all politicians are the same, make promises that they never fulfill once in power”, they are right….
