The aim is to reduce the daily, all day long, traffic congestion east of the international airport.

Every year traffic in this area of the General Cañas gets worse. Why not an elevated pass or tunnel (as in below ground) to move through traffic?

We will see soon where the new ‘presas’ (traffic jams) will be.
