Want To Know Why We Have High Gasoline Prices In Costa Rica?

TICO BULL – Want to know why we have high gasoline prices? Recope has a commercial to remind drivers to drive conscientiously and give proper maintenance to vehicles.

Wait a minute? Isn’t Recope the oil refinery that does not refine anytihng, so why use the train in the video? Isn’t that the role of the INCOFER, the national railway? And driving the responsibility of the MOPT – ministry of Transport?

I suppose Recope has to spend money to keep proving they have high operating costs.
