Ballots for the midterm elections are scheduled to be emailed from Town Clerks and Voting officials all over the United States to U.S. citizens living outside of the United States, including Costa Rica.
The procedures for voting and returning a ballot are more complicated than ever.
Vote from Abroad, a non-partisan organization, and the U.S. Embassy in Costa Rica are hosting a series of Town Hall and voter assistance events in various parts of the country in the coming days.
Below is a summary of the events.
Any event where the U.S. Embassy will be present requires those coming to let organizers know and to bring their passports as identification for security reasons.
