Costa Rica dropped three places to 35th in the February FIFA world ranking, according to local sports authority Thursday.

With this fall, Costa Rica also drops from the third place in the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) ranking.
The February edition of the FIFA world ranking is led by world champion Spain, followed by Germany, Argentina, Portugal and Colombia.
Costa Rica’s next game will be on March 5 in San Jose against Paraguay. This will be the last match before the Costa Rican fans before Brazil 2014 World Cup.
