OSTA RICA NEWS — At 9:00 am, the ports of Limón and Moín began running again thanks for foreign personnel hired by Japdeva.

Pablo Diaz, Japdeva CEO, confirmed the first ship was towed to dock by a tugboat to star unloading mostly refrigerated containers.

The CEO said he preferred to keep the nationality of the contracted dock workers to himself at this time.

The plan, according to Diaz, is to handle today’s four container ships.
