The Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS) announced a new modality to communicate with patients.
The CCSS will use email, Whatsapp and phone calls to inform patients about the correct use of medications, how and when.
The program is now available at the Ebais (local clinics) in Alajuelita, Desamparados and Coronado.
