QCOSTARICA – Opa! officially began operating in Costa Rica with the opening of its first coffee shop in Los Yoses, on the east side of San José, offering healthy food alternatives with a menu based on Polish origin and ingredients 100% Costa Rican, according to Patryk Jara Krasinski, chef and partner-founder of the franchise.

“We are sure it will be very well received, especially since the Costa Rican consumer is demanding in products they consume and is in constant search of good quality and new flavors,” said Jara.

“Many of the Opa! recipes I inherited from my family, they taught me in the tradition of good eating. One of the best ways in Poland to demonstrate friendship, affection and respect is through food,” said Jara.
