Costa Rica plays host to the 3rd summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Spanish: Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños, CELAC), being held at the Pedregal Convention Centre in San Antonio de Belén, Heredia.
