Just in time for Black Friday, ICE, Claro and Movistar will be offering customers the new iPhone starting Friday, one day ahead of the start of the “number portability”.
None of the operators have provided details to pricing, only to say that both the 5S and 5C will be available for purchase starting on November 29.

On November 30, the mobile telecommunications sector will change market direction when more than one millin ICE customers will, for the first time, be able to change operator and keep the same phone number.
The change could greatly benefit both newcomers Claro and Movistar.
