Getting a drivers license in Costa Rica has become easier, well takes less time to get an appointment for a test, thanks to a new system the Ministerio de Obra Publicas y Transportes (MOPT) has now in place.
With the new system gone are the waiting of weeks and months for a road test. The MOPT now guarantees an appointment within five working days/
The change is in place at all 12 driver testing centres across the country.

With the change it means that a user can call today and be guaranteed a test next week.
