COSTA RICA IN PHOTOS — President Luis Guillermo Solís on Thursdayand several of his cabinet minister, Carlos Segnigni (Minister of Transport), María Elena López Núñez (Minister of Health), Jose Joaquín Salazar Rojas (deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock) and Ivan Brenes, the president of the National Emergency Commission (CNE), along with a number of legislators and local mayors, visited Santa Cruz de Turrialba, a community at the foot of the Turrialba volcano.
