QCOSTARICA – We’ve seen President Luis Guillermo Solis don a number of different outfits, but seldom do we see him with the presidential sash. If I am not mistaken, of all the photos I have seen so far of the Prez, I can only remember him in one, that in May 2014 when he was inaugurated as president.
