The Results Companies (Results), one of the world’s leading customer experience management partners in the business process outsourcing (BPO) space, on Wednesday inaugurated its new state-of-the-art centre in Heredia.
Located in the Zona Franca América, the company will eventually employ 500 people.

The new centre represents the company’s continued commitment to invest in Latin America as the company also has contact centere in Hermosillo and Obregón, Mexico. The expansion will allow Results to accommodate current and future client growth needs for exceptional customer service operations.
Results employs some 7.500 in the United States, Phillipines, Mexico and Costa Rica.
