The Observatorio Vulcanológico y Sismológico de Costa Rica (OVSICORI) reported three quakes this Friday, the first occurring at 1:25am, 22 kilometres northeast of Mellizas de Coto Brus. The quake registered 3.7 on the Richter scale.
The second tremor was felt at 2:23pm, a 3.2 some 38 kilometres southwest of Cambutal de Osa.
The third was located some 5 kilometres soueast of Bajo Jenaro de Tarrazú de San José. The quake registered 3.6, occurring at 4:53pm.

In all three cases no reports of damage or injuries
