On Tuesday, Juan Guaido, Venezuela’s opposition leader and self-proclaimed interimg leader, addressed the nation in a video shot at La Carlota airbase in Caracas showing him alongside soldiers and opposition politician Leopoldo Lopez, who had been under house arrest.
