Wait, have to kiss my son goodbye

QCOSTARICA – Elizabeth Oses would not police take her son until she kissed him goodbye. That was the scene Friday morning when agents of the Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) were taking way in handcuffs her son, Jeudy Picado, for theft.

The 40 year-old Picado was out on conditional release when in October he stole a vehicle in the area of La Sabana.

During the raid in Barrio Corazon de Jesus, in the house were Picado lived with his mother, Elizabeth remained vigilant of how police treated her son, not leaving his side until he was taken away.

Picado has a history of vehicle theft. In the search of the home, police found evidence of property allegedly taken from inside the stolen vehicles, all stolen in the area of Sabana Sur, near where he lived.
