TICO BULL – An update to yesterday’s post of the creeks turning into sewers, the black waters of yesterday afternoon are now a nice shade of brown this morning.

Oh, am well aware of it, just thought I would share it early in the season, which seems to have begun. Also, very important, though I just moved in the property full time, I have known it and been there for the last 7-8 years and this is the first time I ever saw that – I mean the water was charcoal black, and the stench, worse than standing in front of the old Manolos on the Boulevar.
