Legislator Proposes “College Of Hair Stylists”

Marulin Azofeifa, of the Nueva República party wants to make sure nobody gests a bad haircut

Legislator proposes a “Colegio de Estilistas” – a body akin to the College of Physicians and Surgeons or the Bar Association, to sanction “irresponsible” hair stylists.
