QCOSTARICA – If approved, gasoline prices will drop another ¢83 colones for a litre of super, ¢75 for regular (Plus 91) and ¢64 for diesel, the sixth consecutive drop in gasoline prices in the second half of this year.
On Thursday the Refinadora Costarricense de Petróleo (Recope) made the request to the regulating authority, the state agency that sets prices for public services and goods, like gasoline.

According to Recope, the drop reflects decreased in prices on international markets and dollar exchange rate with the colon.
