Aviacion head,  Álvaro Vargas, explained the airline is in the final review of phase 3  of the process, which involves approving documents such as operations manual, maintenance programs, and dangerous goods handling, among others.

After that will go to Phase 4, the last in the process, consisting of the demonstration flight and equipment, said Vargas.

Director Vargas said last December  the company earlier had pilots being trained in Miami, and mechanic in Panama.
