Looking east, the end of Paseo Colon that turns into pedestrian walkway, the Avenida Central, also known as the “bulevar” (boulevard), while vehicular traffic continues right onto Avenida Segunda. On the right of the photo is the Hospital San Juan de Dios, a 170 year old institution.
