The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) announced Wednesday that the consortium led by the contractor Grupo Unidos por el Canal (GUPC) resumed the work of the expansion of the Panama Canal Thursday, which was suspended on Feb. 5 due to a dispute over cost overruns.
