QCOSTARICA (By Emiliana Garcia, Vozdeguanacaste) From a 200-square-meter lake, you can choose which Tilapia you want to eat in El Lago restaurant in the canton of Hojancha, located in the community of La Libertad, just 2 kilometers west and 50 meters north of the Hojancha Technical Professional High School.

The fish can be prepared with garlic, breaded or in a white sauce with mushrooms.

The menu also features chicken cordon blue served with rice, vegetables and mashed potatoes at a price of ¢4,300 ($8.10) or chicken breast in a white sauce with mushrooms, served with potatoes (¢4,500 or $8.50).

On Saturdays starting at 5 p.m., visitors can enjoy karaoke or marimba music.
