What Terrorists???

TICO BULL – Nicolas Maduro, the President of Venezuela, made the headlines two days ago about terrorist threats waiting for him in Costa Rica, but, rain or shine he would be here.

See report: Nicolas Maduro: “There is a group of terrorists in Costa Rica that has come there to try to threaten me”

Maduro stepping out of the vehicle he was driving, a few hundred metres from the airport (which can be seen in the background of the photo), to greet a crowd by the side of the road.

Yet, yesterday, not only does he drive himself from the airport to the CELAC event in Belén (a few kilometres from the airport), he also stops and gets out of the vehicle on the autopista General Cañas to greet people.
