Breaking from the past three years of leaving the country or playing tourist in Costa Rica during the year-end holiday season, Presidenta Laura Chinchilla said on Wednesday that most likely she will stay home, taking a few days of rest and working on report for the close of her administration.

The Presidenta ruled out any foreign travel or visits to beaches and resorts in Costa Rica, as she has done in the past.

Doña Laura said she is looking forward to spending “family” time in Costa Rica, resting up in her home in Santa Ana.
